In April 2024, Y-Lab Vietnam, the operational arm of Fundamental Decisions, entered into a partnership with EraSchool, Hanoi, Vietnam (https://eraschool.edu.vn/) to enhance student readiness for the evolving demands of the future. This collaboration stemmed from a shared recognition of the pivotal role teachers play in understanding students’ needs beyond parental insight. Through joint efforts with leading educators, our aim is to equip EraSchool with a comprehensive framework and tools to capture & evaluate both the skill sets and mindsets of students from the activities & programs. This is an initiative of The Learning Space, a unit of Fundamental Decisions.

The initial phase of this partnership involves a 9-month program during the next academic year, commencing with two summer camps at EraHouse & EraSchool on Empowering the Young Minds, starting on June 2024.
