SAIL INTO THE UNKNOWN:
Expect The Unexpected!
Along the learning journey, it’s all about Questioning, Experimenting, Testing, Iterating…
It has been quite some times that we re-activate Hack A Business with upgrade in the content & the approach: How does business work?
The journey starts with majority of the members from Malaysia who were always filled with energy, questions, and curiosity.
But, it has never been easy to build up & keep the momentum. There was one session in which there was only one member to join, and no one would believe that the discussion had prolonged for 2 hours – felt like a winkle. By that, we believed “Time is bended”
A book and a 10-dollars on the table
What would people pick?
and What would you pick?
You are the gem…
Are you approaching others?
or Are you waiting for them come to you?
We decided to stretch more to test the threshold. It was a test for the true Intention, the Resilience, and also the test to see and maximize the Opportunity.

The D-Day – reported by INN6
Hack a Business, talk gave the participants a unique opportunity to explore the intricacies of the corporate world. The primary objective of the programme was to equip participants with the knowledge and understanding required to thrive in the dynamic business landscape. This comprehensive approach covered fundamental concepts such as company ecosystems and value chains, as well as emerging trends like the circular economy and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Participants were introduced to the dynamic nature of business ecosystems, the key players shaping these ecosystems, and the vital role of the value chain in the creation and delivery of goods and services.
The speakers D and M spoke about two very separate industries – athleisure and automobiles. D chose Decathlon as his case study – how the company grew, the profit it makes, the future, its supply chain, where the company falters, and how it can improve its performance. M spoke about Proton cars, the challenges the industry faces, its sustainability, competition, sphere of growth, and shortcomings, and how it can survive in this very competitive sector.
